Scottish salmon wellington wrapped in large leaf spinach, with capers, lemon, prosciutto and rich puff pastry
Parsley and nutmeg sauce
Potato, fennel, leek and pecorino gratin
Jewelled tabbouleh with freekeh, cauliflower, walnuts, cranberries and pomegranate
Coombeshead sourdough and whipped noisette butter
